Corte San Ruffillo comes to life from a dream that came true in the heart of the marvellous Romagna hills, along the Montone Valley. Housed in an evocative historic residence dating back to the eighteenth century and restored in 2013, under the supervision of the Fine Arts, Corte San Ruffillo has 14 rooms all different from each other, elegantly furnished and with attention to the smallest details. The restaurant uses meat from its own farms and organic products from the fields to prepare menus and breakfasts inspired by the Romagna culinary tradition. Finally, the farm transforms the raw material grown in the 400 hectares of land into extraordinarily good organic food.
